Schneider Electric ATV320 speed variator - 5.5kW - 380...500V - three-phase - compact ATV320U55N4C The Altivar Machine ATV320 range offers variable speed drives designed for machinery and equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Compact form factor allows for vertical stacking of units within machine frames; the unit operates with a rated power of up to 5.5 kW / 7.5 hp and a rated voltage of 380V to 500V AC. Its rugged design with PCBs coated to IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C3 allows you to extend the machine's availability in harsh environmental conditions without the need for additional cooling. It integrates functions suitable for the most common applications, Examples: torque and speed precision at very low speed, highly dynamic performance with sensorless flux vector control and wide frequency range for high-speed motors. It also includes parallel connection of motors and special drives using voltage/frequency ratio, static speed accuracy and energy saving for open loop synchronous motors. Weighs 2.2kg; dimensions: 150mm wide, 232mm high, 172mm deep. The Altivar Machine ATV320 meets simple and advanced application requirements for packaging, material handling, textile, materials processing, mechanical actuators and lifting. It complies with IEC, UL, TUV, KC and other international standards. Mounting accessories and external options are also available with Altivar Machine ATV320 drives, such as braking resistors, line chokes, motor chokes, additional EMC filters. The type of accessories and external options depends on the range of the drive. The product is delivered in two packs. It is designed to be mounted on a panel in a vertical position via 4 fixing holes. It is fully integrated into Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Machine via DTM. ATV320 drives can be configured, controlled and diagnosed directly in SoMachine and SoMove software using the same software brick (DTM). It is environmentally friendly and complies with directives such as RoHS, WEEE, etc. relating to environmental protection.
