NEOZED Fuse Cartridge, D02, 63 A, gR, One AC: 400 V, One DC: 250 V, SILIZED The SILIZED 5SE semiconductor protection fuses protect semiconductors from the effects of a short circuit. Siemens' SILIZED fuse system, as an important integral part of SENTRON's protective components for electrical installation, provides effective protection for people, devices and systems thanks to their safe switch-off in the event of overload and short circuit. The area of application also includes fused frequency converters in the DC input circuit and intermediate circuit, as well as UPS and soft starter power supply systems for motors. Siemens SITOR fuses are characterized above all by the following characteristics: 1. Extra-fast shut-off characteristic compared to conventional NH fuses. 2. Available in DIAZED and NEOZED designs. 3. Safe protection of power semiconductors in the event of a short circuit. 4. The Siemens quality standard ensures optimal correspondence to the characteristic curve.
