It is designed for monitoring emergency stops, safety, magnetic or proximity switches, PNP and NPN sensors, RFID safety switches, safety barriers, and sensitive mats/edges. The safety module is powered by 48-240V AC/DC and equipped with a screw-on terminal. It can transmit more than 40 different status messages from the output of the module to a standard digital input of a PLC, reducing downtime and indicating the cause of the production stoppage. The safety relay includes 2 positive and 1 negative safety inputs, 4 configurable pulse outputs ON/OFF, 3 immediate NO safety outputs, 3 configurable NOs, 1 configurable NC and 2 diagnostic outputs.  The maximum level of safety achieved by this safety module is PLe/Category 4 according to ISO 13849-1, SILCL 3 according to IEC 62061, SIL 3 according to IEC 61508. The safety module has a weight of 0.350 kg. Dimensions: 45 mm (width) x 120 mm (depth) x 100 mm (height).  These safety modules are suitable for applications in food, lifting, material handling, material processing, packaging and are designed for a wide range of industrial machines. The safety module complies with IEC 60947-5-1, IEC 61508-1, IEC 61508-2, IEC 61508-3, ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061, IEC 60947-5-1, IEC 61508-1, IEC 61508-2, IEC 61508-3, ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061, and is cULus and TUV certified.
