It is designed for monitoring emergency stops, safety switches, magnetic or proximity switches, PNP and NPN sensors, RFID safety switches, safety barriers, and sensitive mats/edges. The safety module is powered by 48-240V AC/DC and is equipped with a removable screw terminal. It can transmit more than 40 different status messages from the module output to a standard digital input of a PLC, reducing machine downtime and indicating the cause that led to the production stop. The safety module includes 2 safety inputs, 3 configurable ON/OFF pulse outputs, safety outputs 2 NO + 1 NC, and 1 diagnostic output with complete status information. The maximum safety level achieved by this safety module is PLe/Category 4 compliant with ISO 13849-1, SILC L 3 compliant with IEC 62061, and SIL 3 compliant with IEC 61508. The safety module weighs 0.200 kg. Dimensions: 22.5 mm (width) x 120 mm (depth) x 100 mm (height). These safety modules are suitable for applications in power supply, lifting, material handling, material processing, packaging, and are designed for a wide range of industrial machines.
