XPSUAF13AP

The product is part of the XPS Universal security module range. It is designed for monitoring emergency stops, safety, magnetic or proximity switches, PNP sensors, RFID safety switches and safety barriers.

The safety module is powered by 24V AC/DC and equipped with an extractable screw terminal. It can transmit more than 40 different status messages from the module output to a standard digital input of a PLC, reducing machine downtime and indicating the cause of the production stoppage.

The safety module includes 2 safety inputs, 3 configurable ON/OFF pulse outputs, 3 NO safety outputs and 1 diagnostic output with complete status information. The maximum safety level achieved by this safety module is PLe/Category 4 compliant with ISO 13849-1, SILC L 3 compliant with IEC 62061 and SIL 3 compliant with IEC 61508.

The safety module has a weight of 0.200 kg. Dimensions: 22.5mm (width) x 120mm (depth) x 100mm (height).

These safety modules are suitable for applications in food, lifting, material handling, materials processing, packaging and are designed for a wide range of industrial machines.

The safety module complies with the standards IEC 60947-5-1, IEC 61508-1, IEC 61508-2, IEC 61508-3, ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061, IEC 60947-5-1, IEC 61508 -1, IEC 61508-2, IEC 61508-3, ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061 and is cULus and TUV certified. The module is mounted on a 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail.
