The product is part of the XPS Universal range of security modules. It is designed for monitoring emergency stops, safety, magnetic or proximity switches, PNP sensors, RFID safety switches and safety barriers. The safety relay is powered by 24V AC/DC and equipped with a removable spring terminal. It can transmit more than 40 different status messages from the module output to a standard digital input of a PLC, reducing machine downtime and indicating the cause of the production stoppage. The safety module includes 2 safety inputs, 3 configurable ON/OFF pulse outputs, 3 NO safety outputs and 1 diagnostic output with complete status information. The maximum safety level achieved by this safety module is PLe/Category 4 compliant with ISO 13849-1, SILC L 3 compliant with IEC 62061 and SIL 3 compliant with IEC 61508. The safety module has a weight of 0.200 kg. Dimensions: 22.5mm (width) x 120mm (depth) x 100mm (height).
