The AF190 and AF370 four-pole contactors are mainly used for the control of non-inductive or slightly inductive loads (e.g. resistance furnaces...) and generally for the control of circuits with power up to 1000 V AC These contactors have a compact design with: – 4 main poles, – control circuit: AC operation. or d.c. with electronic coil interface that accepts a wide range of control voltages (e.g. 100...250 V AC and DC) - can handle large variations in control voltages - only 4 coils to cover all voltages control voltages between 24...500 V 50/60 Hz and 20...500 V d.c. - low energy consumption of the switchgear - very distinct closing and opening - they are able to tolerate short voltage drops and voltage dips (SEMI F47 conditions of use on request). – built-in surge suppression – additional auxiliary contact blocks with front or side mounting and a wide range of accessories.
