Wiring duct in insulating and shockproof thermoplastic material, self-extinguishing according to UL 94 V0 Standard and resistant to abnormal heat and fire up to 960 °C (glow wire test) according to IEC 60695-2-11 Standard, lead-free, RAL gray color 7030 • Minimum storage/transport temperature -5 °C • Minimum installation and use temperature -15 °C • Maximum use temperature +60 °C • Resistant to acids, oils and greases • No burrs, internal edges rounded • New profile of the slats to facilitate opening and closing of the cover and guarantee a more secure attachment • Prepared for snap attachment on a specific accessory suitable for attachment both to a DIN rail and to a bottom plate • The shearing of the slats is performed with a particular coining process (rounding of the edges) which allows to obtain a channeling absolutely free from burrs and edges • Dimensions and resilience of the slats ensure repeated splaying during the wiring phase • Controlled splaying of the sides to ensure a perfect seal of the cover in the vertical sections and in the presence of high temperatures • Double line ready for shearing: one at the base of the slats to be able to remove them by flexing them outwards and one at the base of the wall to be able to cut the edge when placing two branch ducts • Cable clip shapes halfway along the straight section of the slats in the ducts with heights of 80 and 100 mm • Lid that can be opened without tools • Mounting on vertical or horizontal surfaces even with the lid at the bottom • Field of application: industrial • Compliance with the RoHS Directive
